Does The Lobby Event Center provide catering services?

No, but we do provide a list of vendors for all your extra needs

Is parking available at The Lobby Event Center?

Yes, there is ample parking available at The Lobby Event Center.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs. 4 Cocktail / high top tables (1) 8ft rectangle table, 4 round tables (4) 6ft rectangle tables and 40 chairs.

What is the capacity?

Capacity is 75 seated and 90 Standing guest depending on setup.

Do we allow outside vendors?

Yes, feel free to book your own vendors such as caterers , bartenders, Dj's, musicians or decorators.

What is required to reserve The Lobby?

A 50% Non-refundable Booking Deposit and a $200 Damage Deposit Hold (REFUNDABLE AFTER THE EVENT).

Young Adult Events

Teen and Kids Event Policy

All teen events must be supervised by a minimum of two responsible adults.
Teen events must conclude no later than 10:00 PM.
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during all events involving children.

Booking Policy

A signed contract & 50% deposit are required to secure your event date.
Event details: full name, date, type of event, estimated guest count, event timeframe, and setup time, must be confirmed at booking.
Final payment must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your contract.
